Two Heidrick & Struggles Vice Chairmen Named to NACD Directorship 100
Heidrick & Struggles announced Tuesday that "Vice Chairman and Co-Managing Partner of the Global CEO & Board Practice Bonnie Gwin and Vice Chairman Ted Dysart have been named again to the National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD's) Directorship 100," confirms Markets Insider (Sept. 12). The annual list recognizes leading corporate directors, corporate governance executives, and other influencers who significantly impact boardroom practices. "Bonnie and Ted have a proven track record of advising many of the world's foremost leaders on corporate governance," remarks Heidrick & Struggles CEO Krishnan Rajagopalan. "Being named to the NACD Directorship 100 year-after-year demonstrates their consistent commitment to upholding the highest level of integrity and excellence in advancing board performance." This indeed marks the tenth time Dysart has been named to the NACD Directorship 100, while Gwin has been named every year since 2010. They'll be recognized at a Nov. 29 gala in New York City.
